A full-mouth plan is individual.

The final combination of implants, crowns, bridges or other treatment is determined after clinical assessment.

Complex dental treatment

Full-mouth treatment needs a complete plan.

“Full mouth dental treatment” is not one standard procedure. A plan can involve different combinations of crowns, bridges, implants, extractions, root canal treatment, bone grafting or other procedures depending on the patient.

Teeth

Existing teeth need to be assessed individually before deciding what can be restored and what may require other treatment.

Gums & bone

Implant or restorative planning can depend on gum health, available bone and other clinical findings.

Bite & function

The dentist considers how upper and lower teeth meet and how the proposed restorations will function together.

Appearance

Shape, shade and smile design can be discussed, but clinical suitability remains central to the treatment plan.

Before travelling

An estimate can help you decide whether to explore further.

Providing available photos, X-rays and an Australian treatment quote can help the clinic understand the work already proposed. The clinic may then provide an initial cost breakdown and estimate of the number of treatment days.

That estimate is not a substitute for the in-person examination. Complex treatment can change after new imaging and the dentist's clinical assessment.

At the clinic

Final planning happens after assessment.

  • Relevant X-rays are completed.
  • Clinical photos are taken.
  • You meet the dentist with your translator.
  • Treatment options are discussed.
  • The clinic confirms the final treatment plan and fixed treatment cost.
  • You can take time to consider the plan before deciding to proceed.

A real example

Our founder's full-mouth treatment journey.

Our founder's own case included 17 crowns, four implants, two bone grafts and four root canals. The Australian quote was approximately $35,000–$40,000 and the Vietnam clinic treatment cost was approximately $16,000. This is a personal example only, not a price promise for another patient.

Complex cases vary significantly. Your own treatment, number of trips, healing time and total cost may be different.

Better smile. Better life. Better value.
